Terms of service

The operational rules, subscription terms and responsibilities for using PestLove as a professional service.

Scope and business use

PestLove provides cloud software for pest-control operations, food safety and related professional workflows. Access is provided to registered users belonging to an organization and is governed by the subscribed modules and permissions.

A person creating or administering an organization represents that they are authorized to do so. Individual users remain responsible for following the organization’s instructions.

Accounts and organizational responsibility

Each organization manages its members, access levels, customers, facilities and operational records. One person may belong to several organizations without transferring ownership of one organization’s data to another.

Organizations should maintain accurate billing contacts, protect user credentials and immediately remove access no longer required for their operations.

Features, records and professional review

Workflows can support service planning, field documentation, HACCP records, auditing, training, laboratory information, approvals and reports, according to the modules enabled.

Templates and suggested procedures are operational aids, not certifications or legal advice. The organization and its qualified professionals remain responsible for reviewing hazards, approved limits, country-specific requirements and any documents issued under their authority.

Trials, subscriptions and charges

New organizations can begin with a 14-day trial as configured for the service. Paid subscriptions are billed per organization, with plan, billing interval, selected primary modules and additional usage or units determined by the offer chosen at checkout.

Prices shown without tax are indicative until applicable taxes and the final total are displayed in the purchase flow. Optional usage-based features such as messaging must be enabled before charges apply. Plan changes, cancellation and renewal follow the terms disclosed in the actual checkout and account billing screens.

Cancellation and access to data

Subscription cancellation and effective dates are shown in the organization’s billing settings. A payment failure can result in a grace period, followed by restricted read-only access while organizational data remains exportable under the applicable service rules.

Service operators may limit access in cases of unlawful conduct, unauthorized use or material security risk, following applicable contractual and legal procedures.

Information ownership and acceptable use

Organizations retain responsibility for the content they enter. They grant the platform only the access needed to process that content for the agreed service, subject to applicable privacy and data-processing terms.

Users must not upload unlawful content, access another organization without authorization, interfere with service security or misuse the platform to circumvent licensing or access restrictions.

Service availability and applicable rules

The platform is designed to support professional work but cannot guarantee that every workflow or template satisfies every jurisdiction’s legal obligations. Decisions, analyses and approvals remain the responsibility of the qualified professionals using the service.

Statutory rights and mandatory legal provisions take precedence where they cannot be excluded. Any additional service levels, commercial warranties, dispute procedures and applicable law must be established in the binding agreement with the identified contracting operator.

These terms describe the PestLove service. Your organization remains responsible for its own procedures and applicable professional or regulatory obligations.
